Quality assurance is integrated into every stage of our localization workflow rather than being treated as a single final review. After translation is completed, a separate Translation QA specialist reviews the work to verify accuracy, consistency, terminology, and natural readability. Likewise, after typesetting, a dedicated Typesetting QA reviewer checks formatting, text placement, typography, and overall presentation independently from the original typesetter.
Once the pages have been assembled, the translator performs a final read directly on the completed pages to confirm that the dialogue flows naturally within the artwork while identifying any remaining typographical errors, misplaced text, or opportunities to improve nuance. Internal revisions are then implemented before the files are delivered to the client. Following delivery, we carefully review all client feedback and incorporate requested revisions to ensure the final product aligns with both the client’s expectations and the original creative intent.
